Check-in Information :
Doors will open at 7:15 am and check-in will be from 7:30 am-8:00 am at the Axiom Registration Table located in the pre-function area/lobby where you will receive your wristbands. Please do not send your dancers individually to check-in or receive their wristbands, unless they are an independent registrant.
Mini Check-in:
From 11:45 am-12:00 pm at the Axiom Registration Table at the pre-function area/lobby. If not already collected, you will receive dancer and observer wristbands, as well as some other event information. Please do not send your dancers individually to check-in or receive their wristbands, unless they are an independent registrant.
Dancer Wristbands / Classrooms:
Minis- Room 103 C&D (Yellow Wristband)
Petite/Junior- Room 101 A-E (Blue Wristband)
Teen/ Seniors- Room 102 A-E (Purple Wristband)
Observers- May observe in all dancer rooms (Orange Wristband)
Dancers are only able to take classes in the room their wristband corresponds with. If a dancer requests to be moved to a different classroom after the event starts please have a Studio Director speak with the Axiom Registration Representative.
Morning Warm Up:
The morning warm up for all dancers and teachers will be held in the Grand Ballroom from 8:00-8:30 am. Mini warm up will be held in the Lighthouse Ballroom from 12:00 pm-12:15pm. Dancers will disperse to their corresponding rooms for the remainder of their classes after the warm up.
Lunch Break:
THERE IS NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED IN THE VENUE!!! There will be a concession open for all participants from 7:30am-5:30pm. It is VERY important that dancers tidy up after themselves and keep the space clean. Absolutely NO glass in the dance rooms.

At 4:35 pm all dancers will head to the Grand Ballroom for a dance celebration as guests for the closing showcase begin to arrive.
Closing Showcase:
Closing Showcase will take place in the Room 102 A-E at 4:50 pm. All attending the final showcase please remain in the lobby until approximately 10 minutes before it begins, the registration desk will inform you when you may proceed to the ballroom. All are invited to watch the closing showcase! No observer band needed. Dancers will be showcasing some of their combinations they learned through the day, and we will close the event with Classroom Awards and Scholarships!
Mock Audition:
Mock Auditions are closed to all spectators. All observers and teachers will be asked to leave during this class. The Mock Audition allows students to experience a live audition process. The directors and faculty also use the audition to finalize scholarship recipients.
Observers:
PLEASE NOTE: If any parent or guardian would like access to the classrooms they must purchase an observer wristband. Thank you for your understanding.
Additional observer bands will be available for purchase at the registration table on the day of the event for $35 on site.
All chairs must remain against the walls and cannot be moved. Observers must remain respectful during classes; there is ABSOLUTELY NO TALKING, DISRUPTIVE PHONE USAGE, DISTRACTING DANCERS, ETC. If observers are asked more than once to stop talking, using phones, or distracting dancers, Axiom staff has the right to ask you to leave the room. Observer bands are non-refundable.

During classes there is NO PHOTO OR VIDEO allowed with an exception of the last 15 minutes with dancer permission and teacher discretion. All attendees may video the ending showcase.
