Event Information :

An event schedule will be provided for studios 6 days prior to the convention via email. Studio Check-in will begin the morning of the event (times may vary) before classes begin. Check-in will be held at the Axiom registration table where teachers will receive their registration bag that will include an event schedule, dancer scholarship numbers, and dancer and pre- registered observer wristbands.

Teachers will have access to all dancer classes with the exception of audition classes. Studio Owner, teacher, student, and observer wristbands must be worn at all times. Anyone without a wristband will be denied access to the convention ballrooms.

Events are set to begin at 8 am with the Ending Showcase beginning around 4:30 pm. Each class will run for 1 hour with a 5 minute break in between. Petites, Juniors, Teens, and Seniors will have 6 classes with a 45 min lunch and 45 min audition class. Minis will have 4 classes. Every event schedule and format is subject to change.

Teacher Discounts: 

• Bring 5-15 students: 1 Free Observer Band 

• Bring 16-29 students: 2 Free Observer Bands 

• Bring 30-49 students: 3 Free Observer Bands 

• Bring 50-89 students: 4 Free Observer Bands 

• Bring 90+ students: 5 Free Observer Bands 

• All teachers with teacher passes are allowed access to all rooms. * Observers, Half & Full Scholarships are not included when calculating the total dancer count for studios.

• If a studio brings 40+ students they receive one free hotel room for one night (the night before the event) at the host hotel.
