Lauren hails from New York City and began her professional career with the Rockettes at the tender age of 17. She went on to perform in the Broadway cast of “Footloose”, choreographed by AC Ciulla. She is proud to be a part of organizations such as “Broadway Bares” where she was assistant choreographer to Director & founder, Jerry Mitchell. Along with teaching at dance studios throughout NYC & NJ, she also is a proud leader of "Broadway in South Africa" as a teacher to young aspiring artists. Experiencing South Africa while educating the local talent truly opened her eyes to new hunger and passion she never knew existed! Lauren has performed with Ariana and Frankie Grande in videos & many Broadway appearances. Having a big lust for life and performing, she began taking her career worldwide. She worked with "The Aluminum Show" which toured Russia, Spain, Israel, Lebanon and Canada. She most recently was the Associate Choreographer & eventually Director for “Grease Das Musical” which played in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. As an avid fitness instructor, Lauren was hired by SoulCycle to help train & open studios across Germany!Lauren is a firm believer in "How you do something, is how you will do everything.” So go forward with passion, love, and good intentions!!”
