Event Information

Check-in Information : 

Doors will open at 7:15 am and check-in will be from 7:30 am-8:00 am at the Axiom Registration Table located in the pre-function area/lobby. You will receive dancer and observer wristbands, and other event information. Please do not send your dancers individually to check-in or receive their wristbands. 

Mini Check-in Will be from 11:45 am-12:00 pm at the Axiom Registration Table at the pre-function area/lobby.  You will receive dancer and observer wristbands, and other event information. Please do not send your dancers individually to check-in or receive their wristbands. 

Dancer Wristbands/ Classrooms: 

Minis- Ballrooms 7 & 8 (Yellow Wristband)

Petite/Junior- Ballrooms 1-6 (Blue Wristband) 

Teen/ Seniors- Exhibit Hall B (Purple Wristband) 

Teachers- Rooms 101 & 102 (Red Wristband)

Observers- May observe in all dancer rooms (Black and White checkered Wristband)

Dancers are only able to take classes in the room their wristband corresponds with. If a dancer requests to be moved to a different classroom after the event starts please have a Studio Director speak with the Axiom Registration Representative. 

Morning Warm Up: 

The morning warm up for all dancers and teachers will be held in Exhibit Hall B from 8:00-8:30 am. Mini warm up will be held in Ballrooms 7 & 8 from 12:00 pm-12:15pm. Dancers will disperse to their corresponding rooms for the remainder of their classes after the warm up.

Lunch Break:

Each dancer is responsible for their own lunch for the event. There is NO outside food permitted in the venue, there will be a concession between 11:00am-3:00pm.  It is VERY important that dancers tidy up after themselves and keep the space clean. There is absolutely NO glass allowed in any ballroom at any time. 

Body Recharge:

At 4:30 pm all dancers will head to Exhibit Hall B for a cool down that will begin at 4:35 pm. 

Closing Showcase: 

Closing Showcase will take place in Exhibit Hall B after the final class at 4:50 pm. All attending the final showcase please remain in the lobby until approximately 10 minutes before it begins, the registration desk will inform you when you may proceed to the ballroom. All are invited to watch the closing showcase! No observer band needed. Dancers will be showcasing some of their combinations they learned through the day, and we will close the event with Classroom Awards and Scholarships!

Auditions: 

Auditions are closed at Axiom. All observers and teachers will be asked to leave during this class. Audition class is for the students to experience a live audition process. The directors and faculty also use the audition to finalize scholarship recipients.  

Observers: 

• PLEASE NOTE: If any parent or guardian would like access to the classrooms they must purchase an observer wristband.  Thank you for your understanding. 

  • Additional observer bands will be available for purchase at the registration table the day of the event. 

  • There will be door monitors at every door checking wrist bands. This is for the safety of the dancers.

  • Observers are not allowed in the Teacher Room or Auditions

  Luggage and/or large items are not allowed in classrooms. All chairs must remain against the walls and cannot be moved. Observers are to remain respectful during classes, there is absolutely no talking, disruptive phone usage, distracting the dancers, etc.

NO PHOTO/VIDEO DEVICES ALLOWED DURING THE COURSE OF THE EVENT, with the exception of registered teachers/attendees during the closing showcase and the last 15 minutes of workshop classes with dancer permission and teacher discretion.
